8. Acceptable Use Policy

To maintain a safe and respectful community, all users of PaytoWatch must comply with the following acceptable use guidelines. Failure to follow these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8.1 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Harm or exploit minors in any way.
• Harass, threaten, or promote violence against any individual or group.
• Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or content designed to harass or overwhelm others.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other user accounts or PaytoWatch systems.
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights, including unauthorized sharing or reproduction of copyrighted material.
• Use offensive or infringing usernames.
• Collect personal information from others without explicit consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s functionality or security infrastructure.
• Resell or lease access to your account.
• Promote commercial activity without approval from AS**R Ltd.
• Solicit users to leave the platform or engage with off-platform competitors.
• Engage in abusive, hateful, or offensive behavior as determined solely by AS**R Ltd.

8.2 Content Guidelines

You may not upload or share content that includes:

• Anyone under the age of 18 or anyone in explicit content who is over the age of 18 and who has not completed our Creator onboarding process or provided us with a properly completed release form.
• Illegal activity including actual, claimed, or role-played: exploitation, abuse, or harm of individuals under the age of 18; incest; bestiality; necrophilia; or rape or sexual assault.
• Prohibited items including weapons or controlled substances used in a manner that threatens or may cause harm to yourself or to a third-party.
• Hateful conduct including attacking other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or disease.
• Abuse or harassment including stalking, doxxing, defaming, or the sharing of non-consensual, fake or manipulated intimate images or otherwise unauthorised images.
• Violence or harm including prohibited role play, use of objects in any way that is likely to cause physical or mental harm, lack of express consent, extreme impact, extreme bondage, or suicide.
• Prohibited bodily fluids including urine or excrement.
• Inaccurate information including misleading descriptions of media or account information.
• Any explicit image of another person without their consent including an artificially generated image.
• Public nudity including explicit conduct in a place where the general public is present or where other people are reasonably likely to see, including in an avatar or header image.
• Prohibited cyber activity including spamming, sharing other people’s personal data, linking to external media storage sites; referencing to an off-platform site that violates our Terms of Service; or behaves in any way interfering with PaytoWatch’ software, hardware, or network.
• Copying content including scraping, downloading, sharing, or gathering information from PaytoWatch or any Creator for any reason.
• In-person meetings including to facilitate any transaction other than the Creator Interaction.

8.3 Age-Sensitive Content

PaytoWatch may apply NSFW tags to content that feature content intended only for audiences aged 18 and older. Such content may require age confirmation to access.

Content containing artistic or educational nudity will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our moderation team.

We reserve the right to update or enforce additional usage rules as necessary to ensure the safety, legality, and quality of our platform.
